Ask.fm Cyber Bullying Linked to Suicides.

A link has been found between a social networking site called Ask.fm and teen suicides. The teenagers involved all received nasty anonymous comments and abuse online via this site.

Ask.fm doesn’t have any privacy settings or protection of pictures, photos etc the way Facebook does. This allows anyone and everyone to view their profiles. Children as young as 13 have unprotected profiles on this site and are suffering abuse because of it, whether it be nasty comments or sexual advances.

There is also no way of reporting any abusive comments to site administrators.

Schools are sending letters home warning parents about this site, hopefully protecting their children.

Please pass this message onto anyone you feel could possibly be targeted in this way and boycott Ask.fm completely.

I have attached some links below.
